Interview on Demand Removing barriers between top candidates and the companies that seek them…
Once a company has identified qualified candidates, they can use Interview On Demand’s video interview to start the hiring/evaluation process. Neither party needs expensive equipment or any technical know-how. First, the hiring manager creates an interview from our template or his or her own unique questions. With a click of a button, our system invites potential candidates to take the interview. Then the candidate answers the interview question while being recorded by a webcam. The final product is a video of each candidate’s responses which is available to the employer’s hiring team via the internet anywhere, anytime. When companies are ready to review the interviews, they simple log on to our site, choose from a list of completed interviews, sit back, and watch the video. If more than one person needs to review the interviews, no problem, any number of authorized reviewers can log on from any location at any time.
Interview on Demand offers a variety of online video based products that improve the hiring process:
DemandView - Our video job interview solution designed to allow text-based questions to be stored and presented to job candidates and have their answers to those questions recorded by webcam and presented to the hiring team through the use of a standard web browser.
LiveView - Our real-time video conferencing solution designed to allow real-time job interview interaction along with recording of the session for later review.
CareerView - Our job candidate presentation solution designed to present a candidates resume and related career documents along side a video Intro-View.
It only costs $39.95 for each video interview that is completed. Client companies can purchase individual interviews or packs of multiple interview and receive a discount. The candidate pays nothing. Client companies only pay for completed interviews. If you invite a candidate and they do not take the interview, it is not counted. If you are new to Interview on Demand, you can register for a free trial.

Sometimes the system administrator of a company may have put your computer behind a firewall that doesn't allow our video to show up. When this happens, you will be able to tell because the stand alone video player

There is a setting that you can change in your preferences that will fix this. Log on to the system, click on "My Company Master Accounts," then My Preferences," then click the "Video Connections" tab. Click the checkbox labeled "Yes" at the end of the question 'Connect to video server using tunneling option?' You can watch the video in our tutorials section if you have any problems.
