In 2007, Interview on Demand, LLC was founded in Johns Creek, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. The vision of the company is to provide an online interview solution for hiring managers, to market aggressively to those segments which will benefit the company most and to ensure that all employees share in that success.
CEO – Jack Miller
Jack Miller was the founding CEO of N2 Broadband, a company which provides Video-on-Demand infrastructure products to the cable television industry. Jack led the company through startup and Series A financing of $6 million. Under his leadership, the company grew to annual sales of $4 million with 50 employees in less than 2 years. N2 Broadband was purchased in 2005 by Tandberg Television for a price of $120 million. Prior to founding N2 Broadband, he worked for Scientific-Atlanta where he directed key strategic relationships with industry partners to provide Video-on-Demand products to cable television operators. He has held positions in marketing and project management throughout his career in the cable television, telecommunications and aerospace industries. He holds a MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BSME from North Carolina State University.
COO – Carl Chapman
Carl Chapman has 20+ years in operations, talent recruitment, and software development. Carl founded two companies that provided restaurants with vertical market software solutions, IT consulting services, and financial interface programming from store-based POS systems to corporate accounting systems. In the past, he was VP of the Food Service Division with a top 25 ranked office in the Management Recruiters International franchise network. While working for MRI, he built the largest and most successful food service oriented recruitment group in the entire MRI network (over 1300 offices world wide.) Prior to that he served as Vice President of Product Development and Operations at UTA Business Systems. At UTA Business Systems, he led the company to be a predominant provider of point-of-sale systems to the pizza delivery industry with system installations in the largest and second largest pizza restaurant companies in the world. The company’s solution was chosen to replace IBM’s system as the preferred solution for the fourth largest pizza company in the world. Carl is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy with BS in general engineering.
VP of Sales and Marketing - Peggy McKee
Peggy McKee founded PHC Consulting in 1999, a leading recruiting firm focused on providing top candidates for sales, sales management and marketing positions in the laboratory industry. Her clients are hiring managers from small startups to Fortune 50 companies. Before starting PHC Consulting, Peggy led a team of sales and sales support for Bayer Diagnostics (formerly Chiron Diagnostics) with a revenue responsibility of $15M. She started her sales and marketing career with Bio-Rad Laboratories where she was an Account Manager (Washington DC), a Systems Specialist (Dallas), and a Product Manager (San Francisco). She has a B.S. Chemistry and an M.B.A., with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma.
