Running an efficient business
Video interviews are growing in popularity among business leaders because they are so efficient in screening candidates for obvious good or bad qualities before you bring them in for a face-to-face interview, which saves a lot of time and money.
In Video Interviews Are On the Rise, David Thorpe, managing director of Thorpe Capital, says “I can get the same information I would get in a face-to-face interview in about one-third the time.” He goes on to say that “If an idiot comes into the office for a live interview, good manners dictate that you give him at least 20 minutes. With a video interview, I can shut him down without feeling bad just by clicking my mouse.”
A little blunt, but sometimes the truth hurts.
INTERVIEW on DEMAND - removing the barriers between TOP CANDIDATES and the COMPANIES that seek them.
Hiring managers - make faster, better hires while reducing costs.
Recruiters - make more placements with more companies, faster.
