It may not be the Jetsons, but it’s the next best thing
The newest tool in the hiring manager’s box is video interviewing.
Unlike video resumes, where you have no control over what kind of content people who are trying to “stand out” will send you, video interviewing is a structured, controlled-by-the-interviewer process in which a set of custom questions can be devised for any given position and then distributed equally to any number of candidates without regard to time zone or scheduling. Each candidate has the same amount of time to answer, via an e-mail link and a webcam, and zaps it back to you through cyberspace to be reviewed when it fits into your busy schedule.
Interview On Demand has been created to streamline this process into a cost-efficient, extremely effective hiring tool for your company.
INTERVIEW on DEMAND - removing the barriers between TOP CANDIDATES and the COMPANIES that seek them.
Hiring managers - make faster, better hires while reducing costs.
Recruiters - make more placements with more companies, faster.
